We are nearing the end of my 12 Days of Holiday Giveaways, but not before we head out with a bang!  There is still time to enter my Cabot Cheese Holiday Pack Giveaway {close to 10 lbs of cheese!} and my Cuisinart Waffler Maker Giveaway {and a lovely waffle recipe with caramel pecan topping}.

Today, my friends might be the one giveaway I've been looking forward to the most.  I'm a geek about pizza.  Total fanatic.  Love it like I love my children.  I could eat it every single day and never get tired of it.  It annoys people {the husband}, yet excites others {the children}.

I first tried Home Run Inn frozen pizzas a few years back and I was completely, utterly thrilled when I found them at our favorite grocery store ALDI.  I make homemade pizzas at home often, but gosh it's so nice to have some quality frozen ones in the freezer for those busy weeknights when we are out of the house more than we are in.

Home Run Pizza jumped on board with me as soon as they heard about this series.  Located in Chicago, their original family recipe was created in 1947.  They take great pride in the highest quality ingredients using all-natural ingredients with no preservatives.

You can taste the freshness, it really is unlike any other frozen pizza.  There pizzas are now found in 35 states and come in their classic, signature, thin and deep dish varieties.

Have you ever thought about jazzing up a frozen pizza?  Probably not.  I hadn't until a couple years back when I was pulling off a ton of green peppers {not my favorite} from an awful cardboard tasting-like frozen pizza.  I thought to myself, "if I can take stuff OFF a pizza, then why can't I put extra stuff on"?

We love breakfast pizza around here.  Do you?  I mean, why wouldn't anyone want to eat pizza for breakfast?  It's awesome.

So here's the thing.  You really can turn any frozen pizza into a new creation.  For instance this cheese version.  I made little wells of chopped ham, dropped in a cracked egg, salt, pepper and lots of extra shredded Parmesan.

Wow.  Game changer.

The irony of this pizza is that I made it for lunch this week for the 2 year old and I, yet I call it breakfast pizza, yet you can eat it at any time of the day.  She gobbled done a whole slice and I gobbled down two.

1 Home Run Inn Cheese Pizza
4 eggs
2 c. chopped ham
1 c. freshly shredded Parmesan cheese

1.  Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.  Lay a pizza stone in the oven while it preheats.
2.  Remove the frozen pizza from the box and wrapper, then lay on the hot pizza stone.
3.  Take the chopped ham and make four circle "wells".  Crack the eggs inside the wells. Generously sprinkle with salt, pepper and the Parmesan cheese.
