I'm a lazy cook!!! I made thi...Ok I admit it. I'm a lazy cook!!! I made this tonight with precooked shrimp (I had it on hand) and served it over deli veggie fried rice. I added a splash of olive oil to sauté the onion and garlic then added the cabbage slaw mix and after it was done added in the precooked shrimp. I heated the fried rice in the microwave and dinner was served. It was wonderful! Next time I'll make it traditional with the pork...but I'll still use the deli rice. Did I mention I'm lazy?
