{Individual} Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie

I hope I'm not the only one who sometimes just wants one cookie.  I don't want to mess with a whole batch, nor do I want them all in my house.  I just want one.

Is that too much to ask?

So here it is.  One cookie.  Made in the microwave.  In under a minute.  For those that follow my Facebook page, you already know our microwave died last week.  I was torn whether to replace it or not, but in the end we did.  I could have probably lived without it, but the husband and kids could not.  I was out voted.

I guess the one good thing is, I can keep making this cookie.

After this I need to come up with an individual sized brownie, pumpkin pie and blueberry cobbler.  Then I'll be set.  My world will be perfect.

I do have an individual chocolate cake, you can find it here.

{Individual} Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie
{Print this Recipe!}
1 T. butter
1 T. sugar
1 T. brown sugar
3 drops vanilla
pinch of salt
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. flour
2 T. chocolate chips

Combine all wet ingredients, then combine all dry ingredients, stir to combine.  Fold in chocolate chips.  Spray a ramekin or ceramic mug with cookie spray and spread it dough.  Microwave for 45-60 seconds.

Allow to cool before digging in.  I'm begging you, allow this to cool...I learned the hard way.  And have a cold glass of milk on deck.

It's so good that way.

Today I'm off for my first Freezer Swap!  A full recap will be coming, but essentially 5 girlfriends and I are getting together and cooking all day.  In the end we will each go home with 15 dishes to put in our freezer.

Nothing beats a meal already made!

  4. It is so dangerous for me to know this exists, but I'm definitely going to make it! :) I could not live without my microwave. I have to have my microwave protein cakes and now I'm gonna have to make this too!
