Talk about a decadent sweet treat!
These Peanut Butter Cup Blondies are rich, sweet, salty and full of peanut butter goodness.
I'm going to age myself here, but I first unveiled these Peanut Butter Cup Blondies back in October of 2011. You guys that was well over 10 years ago! This food blog of mine certainly has grown over the years.
With SO many recipes under my belt, from time to time I have to go back (need to go back) and update these old recipes. The photos get extremely dated and you all deserve better!
So naturally I made these again after YEARS of forgetting about them and you reap the rewards of that today!
Peanut butter and I have a long history. I love anything with peanut butter in it. Here are a few desserts from over the years that showcase it's peanut greatness.
The tops of these bars are buttery and crackled, sprinkled with flaky sea salt and the middle is gooey and filled with milk chocolate and peanut butter. This recipe makes a thick bar in a 9x13 pan - perfect for a hungry family or a small crowd!
Eat them slightly warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and you'll have something even better.
Have a glass of milk? Might want to grab it now!
These dreamy bars are sweet and swoon worthy. Get ready to have printed off copies of the recipe at hand if you share them with others (share, say what?)!
Please tag me (@sweetsavoryeats) and I'll share your photos as well.
These Peanut Butter Cup Blondies are absolute perfection—rich, chewy, and full of nostalgic flavor. They make a perfect treat during late-night study sessions. Speaking of studying, for anyone tackling complex courses like NURS FPX 4060, a little indulgence can go a long way in boosting morale and focus. Highly recommend pairing these with a strong coffee!
ReplyDeleteI baked these peanut butter cup blondies last weekend and they were a hit. I doubled the peanut butter cups for extra pockets of chocolate and they turned out gooey. While gathering supplies, I had to contact readyrefresh customer support about my water delivery—baking marathons need hydration! They were super helpful. I once experimented with adding a mashed banana to the batter, giving the blondies a hint of banana bread vibes. Pro tip: let them cool ten minutes before cutting to avoid crumbly bars. These treats are easy, indulgent, perfect for sharing at picnics!
