25+ Spring Salads

There is no reason to not jump into Spring with this round-up!
25+ delicious, fresh and filling salads, that are bound to put a spring in your step.

I don't know about you but once we get a HINT of Spring in the air, I'm craving lighter, healthier foods.

Here in Iowa we've gotten hints of Spring.  Days reaching the high 60's, only to be followed by a day of freezing cold, dreary rain.  Spring sure does have a sense of humor doesn't it? The thing is, once we have that hint of Spring we don't go back.

You will see someone from the Midwest in March in shorts when it is 55 degrees outside.  In fact, yesterday I wore my capri exercise pants around the house all day and the high was 42.
Hey...it was sunny and beautiful!  And not snowing!  And just fabulous!

What I'm getting at is this.  No matter what the weather is like outside, once March and April hit, I'm craving greenery, cold pasta salads and fresh fruit.

Me, along with some other blogger friends have joined forced to gather 25+ Spring Salads for my readers.  I promise you, you will find at least one {or ten!} that you will want to make. Enjoy.

Spinach Salad with Pomegranate Vinaigrette Dressing

Kale Super Food Salad with Homemade Poppyseed Dressing

Mediterranean Confetti Quinoa Salad

Bacon Broccoli Salad

Please tell me at least ONE of these are screaming out to you, "Make Me!" or "Eat Me!".  If not, then I guess you aren't a salad or Spring lover.  Your loss is my gain!

Please pass the love and share this post with friends and family.  They are probably digging Spring as well!
