If you have been around for any amount of time you know that Biz Velanti and I are very good friends. We call ourselves the OG food bloggers as we've both been doing this for a very long time! I've had the pleasure of meeting her in her hometown of Chicago and also while she visited me here in Iowa. She's a blast to be around. She is EXACTLY the same person online as well as in person, and that I love.
Biz called me early this Fall and asked if she could be part of my holiday giveaways and of course I said yes! In 2020 she released her first cookbook, My Bizzy Kitchen: Skinny Pizza Dough Edition and this year released her latest, Cooking for One. Both are incredible. She makes cooking feel easy and fun.
Be sure you are following her blog, as well as her & her daughter on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.
And now for the giveaway!
Three lucky winners will be chosen on December 7th to win a copy of both of her cookbooks + a $50 VISA gift card. U.S. residents only please. Please enter via the Rafflecopter giveaway icon below for multiple chances to win.

The 12 Days of Holiday Giveaways is such a fun way to celebrate the season – it's always exciting to see what prizes are offered and to participate in the community spirit. Food blogs like this one often have creative recipes and engaging activities. I recently visited https://posido.ca/ and was impressed by their clear, user-friendly approach – a good standard for sharing festive content.
ReplyDeleteGiveaway series work because they create a reason for readers to check in daily during a period when most blogs go quiet — the engagement is real even if the prizes are modest. What determines whether they build lasting audience rather than just temporary traffic spikes is whether the content between giveaways is worth returning for. The other consideration is entry mechanics, since overly complicated rules discourage participation more than small prizes do. There's a discussion on snatchcasino about building habits that survive beyond a single campaign — the point about retention versus acquisition was well-made. Did the series perform as expected?
