If there is one food item I've found that kids love, it's the glorious meatball. Throw them on pasta, stick them in between a hoagie bun with melted cheese or eat them plain. Every single way works to get your kids to eat.
Traditional beef with red sauce, slathering on barbecue sauce or go wacky with chicken and buffalo sauce, I've found you can make them any which way you want. The possibilities are endless.
And delicious.
One of my families personal favorites are my Chicken Parmesan Meatballs. They taste just like the traditional dish, yet in meatball form. Golly, I need to make those again soon!
