My new Sheet Pan
Korean BBQ Chicken is healthy and full of flavor.
This post is
sponsored by Cookies Sauces &
Seasonings, but all opinions are my own.
Over the years I’ve made a handful of “sheet pan meals” and
I’ll continue to make them as they are always a big hit!
Everyone loves a simple meal that is cooked all together on
one tray, all at once, which in the end makes for a super easy clean up.
Today I love that I get to share this one in partnership
with Cookies, an iconic Midwest sauce
and seasoning brand, using their Korean Stir-Fry Sauce.
I am embarking on a 3-part series with Cookies this Summer and this first
recipe hits it out of the park.
I wanted to combine their Korean Stir-Fry
Sauce with tender chicken breast, sweet bell peppers and pineapple + the
zesty bite from their Flavor Enhancer
seasoning. Trust me, when this all combines and is served over rice, you
won’t find a better, easier meal!
I happened to be making it and just finishing up the final
photos when my husband walked in on his lunch break. I immediately handed him a
plate and it was devoured.
Plus, he ate the leftovers for dinner.
If you’ve been on the hunt for a “throw together” dinner or
rather one that requires minimal ingredients yet tastes amazing – this, is it!
Cookies Korean
Stir-Fry Sauce is both sweet and savory. It adds traditional Asian flavor
to any dish – filled with garlic, soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar, brown sugar,
sriracha and other Asian seasonings, the
Cookies BBQ Crew calls it 'Stir Fry in bottle' for a reason!
This recipe will also be a big hit as it’s versatile – don’t
like peppers? Switch them out for zucchini. Not a pineapple fan but still want
some sweetness? Add in some chopped, fresh mango. Want more onion flavor? Top
with fresh green onions right before serving.
Any which way goes!
It’s a great one to make when serving guests or just your
family on a busy weeknight. Prep ahead by chopping up the ingredients during
the day and throwing it all on the sheet pan an hour before eating.
Cookies products can readily be found in
Midwest grocery chains – Fareway
Stores and Hy-Vee + home improvement
stores such as Menards and
Bomgaars. If you are not local to the Midwest,
you can always find their products on Amazon
and at CookiesBBQ.com.
In fact, stock up! You’ll always
want many on hand.
I cannot wait to hear your
thoughts on this fun dish – and see your photos! Be sure to tag myself (@sweetsavoryeats) and

so we can also share your versions.
A big thanks to Cookies Sauces & Seasonings for sponsoring this post.
