Nothing beats a
perfectly ripe avocado.
This Summer you
need to make my Creamy Avocado Dip for your next party!
This post is sponsored by AE Dairy, but all opinions are my own.
This time of year is all about dips! Dips to take to
parties, dips to serve alongside dinner, dips to eat outside on the patio.
They are easy and always a crowd pleaser. Perfect to pair
alongside a main dish, eat as an appetizer or just eat as a “girl” dinner with
a cocktail in hand. There are no rules with dips!
AE Dairy and I wanted to showcase their low-fat
yogurt this month – and why not go out on a whim and do something most
wouldn’t expect…..yogurt in a savory dip?
Yep, you read that right.
This avocado dip gets its
creaminess from AE
Dairy low-fat plain yogurt. It’s similar to guacamole, yet different – the
yogurt swirled in makes it taste lighter, a little less rich, but still so, so
good.
Their plain low-fat yogurt is made without any sugar (this is a great recipe for anyone watching that!), plus just six ounces gives you a hefty 10 grams of protein as well as just 120 calories.
The rest of this creamy dip is kept simple – a little salsa,
the juice of a lime, a generous sprinkling of salt and chopped fresh cilantro.
My goodness it’s so simple and is so delicious.
Make it to go alongside tacos on taco night or for a simple
afternoon snack after a long pool day. If your kids are like mine, they will
gobble this bowl down.
I love the idea of putting yogurt in dishes when people may
not expect it – have you tried my blueberry
yogurt protein waffles? Or my easy stove top ground
beef stroganoff? Or how about my cheesecake
fluff stuffed strawberries for your next party?
All of them are great options for incorporating yogurt!
I cannot wait to see you guys make this Creamy Avocado Dip!
I’d love for you to tag myself (@sweetsavoryeats) and AEDairy (@aedairy) so we can see
and share your photos.
A big beautiful thank
you to AE Dairy for sponsoring this post.

This creamy avocado dip would be perfect for taco night or as a party appetizer! How long does it stay fresh in the refrigerator?

ReplyDeleteCreamy avocado dip is one of my favorite quick snacks because it's fresh, simple, and goes well with vegetables, chips, or toast. I usually add a little lime juice, garlic, and fresh cilantro for extra flavor. While waiting for everything to chill, I often relax by reading about how to mine dogecoin on rollercoin . I've had a positive experience there, and it's become a fun part of my daily routine.
ReplyDeleteThis dip sounds absolutely perfect for summer gatherings. Avocado already brings a rich, creamy texture, and adding yogurt is a clever way to make it even smoother while keeping it fresh and light. I also like the idea that it works for so many occasions—from a backyard party to a simple snack on the patio. ReplyDeleteI love trying new dip recipes, and using yogurt in a savory avocado dip is a great idea for making it extra creamy without feeling too heavy. It sounds perfect for summer gatherings with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables. I found gold zino , which has more delicious dip recipes and serving ideas for parties.
