How to Make Homemade Frozen Pizzas

Everyone loves having a frozen pizza or two on hand for those busy nights when you are short on time. Did you know you can make your own? Follow this pizza recipe and stock your freezer!

How to Make Homemade Frozen Pizzas...a great meal prep idea! Block off and couple hours, make pizzas and stock your freezer!

Back when I had three babies in under 5 years, I would often block off naptime a few times a year and stock my freezer with these homemade frozen pizzas.

What?

You didn't know you could make your OWN homemade pizzas?

Yes, it's possible. Now, I'm not above buying frozen pizzas at the grocery store. In fact, every time I bulk shop I do in fact pick up a couple to have on hand. They are tasty! With three kids who eat a LOT, I like having them on hand for those busy nights where we are shuffling around in between multiple sport practices.

Some nights all we have time for is a pizza! Trust me, the kids never, ever complain. The reason I developed this homemade frozen pizza recipe is because I often found myself adding extra toppings to the frozen pizzas I bought at the grocery store.

Every time I ripped off that plastic it seemed like I was getting skimped on toppings or cheese. I'd see areas that were just sauce or a pepperoni pizza with just 8 meager slices of pepperoni on it.

So I developed this pizza recipe to make sure mine WERE LOADED.

Who wants to eat a pizza with hardly any toppings or cheese? Not me. And it gave me the opportunity to make kinds I love and adore, like this buffalo chicken version. Yum! I've also done a breakfast version {scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage} and a favorite that reminds me of a pizza joint where I grew up {chopped ham and sauerkraut}.  And of course all the traditional varieties - sausage and mushroom, meat lovers, triple cheese and more.

So, want to learn how to make one?

Here we go.

Block out a couple hours and get assembling. Your family will thank me! And if you tackle this small project please leave a star rating review below on the recipe card. I would love to hear your thoughts and what kinds of pizzas you made!
