These easy baked donuts are Fall inspired and full of pumpkin spice!
Start to finish done in under 30 minutes.
I first introduced these donuts back in 2012. Well over 10 years ago, can you believe that? Can you believe this food blog has been going for so long?
Well, it has!
It never ceases to amaze me that you guys still keep coming back for my recipes. Thank you! And today, now that Fall has arrived it's donut time. This pumpkin spice version coated in cinnamon and sugar is so, so good.
You will need a donut pan for this recipe (although readers have told me they've made these as "mini muffins" and it works).
Here is the pan I use - but there are a TON of them out there. This recipe makes 1 dozen donuts, so a 6 count or 12 count donut pan work great.
Start to finish these donuts are hot and fresh in under 30 minutes. This recipe could not be easier.
The dry ingredients are mixed with pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, eggs, milk and OF COURSE canned pumpkin. You spoon the batter into the greased donut pan and bake for just 10 minutes.
Then almost immediately (give them a minute to cool a bit) you dredge the hot donuts into the cinnamon and sugar and place on a cooling rack to wait to be devoured.
I highly recommend eating these donuts warm and fresh. They are simple the BEST that way. Warm, buttery, coated in sugar.....very hard to resist.
And yes they make a dozen, so delivering a few of the extras to a neighbor or friend is always a good idea! They'll love you.
Are you ready to make these?
Great for Fall parties, lazy weekend breakfasts, special brunches or a special birthday. If you make them tag me (@sweetsavoryeats) and I'll be sure to share your photos.

ReplyDeleteWow, it's incredible that these doughnuts have been around for over ten years! Reading your text, I felt a real love for cooking and for what you do. I especially liked how you described the combination of pumpkin with spices and sugar — it seems that you can taste it even through the screen. Your enthusiasm is contagious and inspires me to try making something similar myself.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, while browsing your blog, I came across an interesting website where you can find acoustic panels for your home or kitchen — Tile Merchant Acoustic Panelling at https://www.tilemerchant.ie/wall-panelling/acoustic-panelling.html . It may sound a little unexpected, but these panels can make your kitchen or cooking area more comfortable and quiet, especially when someone in the family is cooking while music is playing or they are working. So, I think the idea of combining delicious doughnuts with a comfortable cooking space is very cool. Your recipes definitely make autumn special!
In all my time playing, I've come to realize that nothing is impossible in the world of casinos. I think this is menace casino the perfect casino. No one can compare to it. It was very important to me that the entire interface be easy to understand, and I was able to find one like that. Because if I don't understand the interface and it doesn't look nice, I won't even stay on the site for long.
ReplyDeleteI told myself that I wouldn't register anywhere else, but as usual, I went to https://asapproperties.co.za/supabets/ “just to have a look”... and got stuck there for a couple of hours. Everything is clear: the interface is not annoying, the live bets are updated quickly, the lines are normal. In short, another “I'll just take a quick look” that dragged on. Well, at least I don't regret it, it really works as it should.
ReplyDeleteYou know, my colleague at work told me about the cricbet99 betting app india — he says it's made especially for Indian users. I downloaded it out of curiosity and was surprised at how well thought out it is: UPI payments, support in Hindi, and even notifications that arrive just in time for the start of IPL matches. Now I sometimes check the app during breaks or in the evening after work. It's not that I bet large amounts — I just follow the matches with a little excitement. Like in the old days, when the whole street would gather around the TV with tea and make symbolic bets on the outcome.
